Parsian group is a general contractor in the field of power plant, transmission and distribution of electric energy, manufacturing of gas

insulated substation and electrical panels, communication systems, scada system, DCS of power plant, substation and other industries, industrial systems(oil, gas, petrochemical, cement, steel), electrical transport system & utility. Parsian group can supply all electrical needs of different industries. year 2010 was the year of great changes.

In 20-07-2010, the private shareholders bought the share of parsian companies and now the group of companies is managed completely by private sector. For reducing the cost of projects and thereby producing benefit in the group, new management has modified the structure of the group. Now the group consists of headquarter, functional departements (marketing and tendering dep., technical dep., commercial dep., financial dep. and IT dep.), the companies (Parsian HV Substations Development, Peimann Khotoot Gostar, Parsian Power And Industries, Pars Sanat Parand complex of factories, Parsian Rail Power Supply Development & Parsian International), as shown in the organization chart. The functional departements will supply services to all companies of the group.

This year, the group will move to the new headquarter building in HAMILA Boulevard. We hope that the result of these modifications will appear until the end of year 2011.
